Terms of Service

1. Service Description

AI Mix Roast is an audio analysis service provided by M Street Music. We offer:

  • Free Roast (€0): Mix health score, roast lines, quick fixes, and translation risk rating
  • Pro AI Report (€29): Comprehensive PDF report with detailed analysis
  • Mix Fix (€199): Professional mix revision by a human engineer with 24-hour turnaround

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Submit only audio content you have the rights to share
  • Provide accurate contact information
  • Not use the service for any illegal purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer our analysis systems

3. Delivery Timeline

We aim to deliver results within 24 hours of submission (or payment confirmation for paid tiers). Submissions received on weekends will be delivered by Monday evening CET.

4. Payment Terms

For paid services:

  • Payment is processed via PayPal
  • All prices are in EUR
  • Analysis begins after payment confirmation
  • Refund requests are handled case-by-case

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to the audio files you submit. We do not claim any ownership of your music.

Our Analysis: The analysis reports and feedback we provide are for your personal use in improving your mixes.

6. Mix Fix Revisions

The Mix Fix tier includes one revision. Additional revisions may be subject to additional charges. To request a revision, reply to your delivery email within 14 days of receipt.

7. Limitation of Liability

AI Mix Roast provides analysis and recommendations based on automated systems and professional judgment. Results are advisory in nature. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on our analysis.

8. File Retention

All uploaded files are automatically deleted 30 days after delivery. Download links in delivery emails expire after 7 days. Please save your reports promptly.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
